Listen to Daniela’s personal introduction

I am a Board certified ICF executive coach, organizational consultant, and multifaceted business professional with 20 years of experience from global Fortune 500 firms, including Cisco, Boston Scientific, and EDS (HP).

In my work, I design and deliver practical solutions for positive and lasting change by combining a unique skillset:

  • Project management and expertise in strategy, economics, and psychology.
  • Deep technical and functional knowledge of executive assessment and leadership development as formal disciplines governed by professional guidelines and standards of ethics.
  • Extensive international experience.

My primary education is in Economics and Business where I hold Executive MBA and Master of Science degrees. I am a certified Advanced Executive Coach from an ICF accredited coach training program and a Strategic Workforce Planner from the Human Capital Institute.

As a professional, I continue to develop myself so that I can bring greater value to my work and client experience. I am committed to enhancing my credentials as I work toward a PhD in Health Psychology from Walden University. My dissertation research focuses on the determinants of employee participation in workplace health programs.

Membership in professional organizations is very important to me, and I am a member of ICF, Society of Consulting Psychology and SHRM. As a published author, I was honored to receive Editorial Recommendation from Kirkus for my debut book of poems. “Anyone’s Love Story” (2011) is available from Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

I reside in Boston, Massachusetts. In my free time, I enjoy being in nature; I am an avid gardener and dog lover.
